April newsletter

Hello everyone!

I have been most neglectful in getting out a monthly newsletter, I am so sorry. I had a lot going on, I moved to a new home, am now raising two teenage grandsons and also had surgery so things were pretty hectic for awhile. Thanks to everyone who checked in on me during my absence after surgery. That meant a lot to me. I am doing great!!

 We have been getting requests to do an email one again, as we stopped when I started doing one via our Blog. So if anyone wants one via email please send your email address and one will be sent out, along with doing our monthly Blog through our website.

Many of you may or may not know I have gotten more involved with essential oils in the past year. I am doing Aroma Reflex which is something I have put together from my years of experience in this field of both body work and nutrition. This technique is a combination of aroma-therapy, reflexology of the hands and feet, trigger point and massage. This is very relaxing plus activates the immune system and also all the organs and glands of the body. The treatment is an hour or more and costs $65.00. Hope you all come in and try one..you will like it and I enjoy doing them. Right now we are running a spring special so the treatment is $50.00!!

We have gotten a lot of new products in from Europharma we are excited about. The first is: Propolis extract. Propolis has been used for thousands of years to promote a healthy immune system and overall wellness. So this can be used daily as a preventative or when you feel you are coming down with a cold or flu. Second is: Mesoglycan. This product is great for Artery strength, integrity and flexibility also healthy circulation, for the heart, eyes, legs, brain. I have personally started using this product due to some swelling I was getting in my feet and hands. In a matter of days it started helping. I was preety happy about that. Mary Beth has used it for capillary issues in her eyes and said it has made a huge difference, less redness and irritation. Third is: Vectomega whole food Omega 3, high in DHA and EPA and has been naturally bound to Phospholipids. This is being used for Heart health, brain, and moods. Forth is: Acne Essentials, which helps reduce breakouts, by eliminating toxins which create acne along with a poor diet and stress. This is a combination of vitamins and minerals along with burdock root as a blood purifier and boswellia as an anti-inflammatory. Works very quickly in eliminating acne, both in teens and adults.

We now also carry along with our locally made honey, local homemade maple syrup!! Let me tell you it is great!! We think it is important to support our local farms rather than buying products from out of state or the country for that matter. With so many pesticides and GMO produced food we encourage all of you to buy local when possible. Plus it supports the small business man which who knows how long any of us will be in business with the way all these big corporations are trying to crowd us out. But we will continue to put up a fight and be here to serve you for many more years to come, hopefully.
